If you spend any time talking to people sitting in hospital waiting rooms, you will hear tale after tale of suspected Medical Malpractice complications. The true difficulty is that it can be hard to determine if a bad result was simply a bad result or a true medical mistake or medical malpractice. I know a Houston Medical Malpractice Attorney who always tells me if you suspect something might be medical malpractice, then consult with a Medical Malpractice Attorney just in case.
These specialized personal injury attorneys and their staff are able to conduct a thorough investigation and consult with other medical professionals to discover the truth of the complication. If they obtain evidence of Medical Malpractice, the Houston Medical Malpractice Attorney can use that evidence to prosecute the offending medical professionals on your behalf. It is always better to have it investigated and looked into rather than sit back and do nothing. An experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney will work hard to get you the just compensation you deserve to aid in your recovery.
Houston Premise Liability

In my last apartment, I discovered a hazardous condition in the common laundry room on the first floor. Several of the residents complained to the office of the problem, but it was months before it was finally fixed. After reading an article about Premise Liability, I realized the apartment complex was extremely lucky no one was injured while in the laundry room.
Houston Premise Liability laws permit recovery by an injured party who was hurt due to a dangerous condition on a property in which the owners had a duty to maintain a safe environment. In the case of my apartment complex, I believe the apartment complex would have had difficulty defending any Premise Liability claim because it could be proven they had actual knowledge of the dangerous condition before a hypothetical injury occurred. The article I read suggested premise liability cases are not usually that cut and dry and that it was best to find a Premise Liability attorney to represent you.
Houston Auto Accidents Attorney

Houston car accidents have been a dime a dozen around here lately because of the weather. Everyday carelessness compounded by weather, Houston auto accident attorneys have been busy because wrecks on the Houston freeways and roads are commonplace. Are you prepared?
In the event of an automobile accident, there are a few items that you should always have in your car. First and foremost, your auto insurance card – that is current, a camera of some type, something to write with, and a pad of paper. And patience.
If you are unfortunate and end up being the victim of a car accident in Houston, take a deep breath, and find your patience. Make sure everyone is not injured. If someone is injured, call 911 immediately. 911 will call emergency responders as needed. Make sure you and your passengers are safe and out of harms way. If you are the victim of the auto accident, make sure you get the drivers license number of other driver, their car insurance information and take some pictures of BOTH CARS.
If you run into any issues with the other driver, again, keep yourself and passengers safe…and call an auto accident attorney immediately. They will need the facts, the pictures, and the information. It is always better to be safe than sorry. Good luck and hopefully you will not need an attorney. As far as the car insurance goes, it’s the law. You MUST carry the state required insurance.
Deaths on the Job – Texas
Fatality figures just came out for the state of Texas. The numbers of deaths on the job have risen in Texas despite numbers fell 17% across the nation. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the State’s durability during the recession was part of the issue despite more auditors looking for safety violations out in force. Work-related deaths, in the state of Texas, totaled 480, which was up 4% from last year. Houston’s work-related deaths totaled 118, up 5% from last year. Now keep in mind, these are work-related DEATHS, not work-related injuries or injuries on the job. WOW!
What I was really interested in was the categories. As I expected, the highest numbers of work-related deaths was in transportation-related incidents. For Texas, that total was 163. The NEXT category, was actually assaults and violent acts. By employees? Really? While discussing this article, my husband asked a great question. As a business owner, how to work to prevent assaults and violent acts? Slips and falls, okay – we can work to prevent those by altering the surfaces everyone works and walks on. But assaults and violent acts? Still amazed.
The other categories tracked by the Bureau of Labor Statistics were as follows: Falls on the job, contact with objects and equipment, exposure to harmful substances or environments, fire and explosions and “other.” I’m not sure I even want to know what falls into the “other category.
Houston Premise Liability Attorney
Children are so quick to find dangerous situations faster than you can identify them, especially when you are out and about away from home. While at a Houston business one of my children touched an exposed live wire that conducted electrical current through her hand. Thankfully, my daughter was only stunned with a sore finger but was fine. When we go out now, I watch them with an eagle eye; trying to see potential hazards before my children find and play with them.
I do know that if my child is seriously injured out away from home, there is an amazing Houston premise liability attorney who will fight for my family. Brian Jensen has been aggressively representing injured Houston families for over 24 years. There are many variables to assert a valid legal claim for premise liability. Jensen has the experience and knowledge to lead the fight for full and just compensation on behalf of my family.
Houston Piano Sales at Fort Bend Music Center
If you’re like me and you love piano music, you want your children to understand and appreciate music, too. Having a piano in your home will make it so much easier to instill a love of music and that’s why your go-to store for this investment is Fort Bend Music Center, conveniently located close to Sugar Land and Houston.
Fort Bend Music Center is all about customer service and Houston piano sales. The staff really knows music and helping you make that informed decision whether to buy or rent a piano is all part of that service. I just learned there are 100 pianos to choose from in the store! They can repair or tune your piano – even move it with all the care it deserves.
The service certainly doesn’t stop there. Once you have that beautiful instrument in your home, you’ll want to take advantage of group or private piano lessons offered by well qualified teachers using the most comprehensive strategies.
Maybe you have a child enrolled in band or orchestra for next year…maybe you wish you had continued those piano lessons you took as a kid (like me!)…nice to know Fort Bend Music Center is so handy and ready to answer your music questions. Bring a piano into your home and start making music memories.
This summer I have some things that I want to accomplish like getting a tan, finishing a summer reading book, getting a T.A.G.S. time at Gulf Champs, having as many sleepovers as possible, and my personal favorite thing on my list, is to go see the musical “Wicked”. My mom said that a bunch of her friends that saw this musical said that it was amazing! I want to go SO bad!
I heard over the radio that “Wicked” is open for four weeks starting yesterday in Houston. What I really want to do is get a big group of friends to go. I want to go into all out party mode. What I mean is….I want to do it in style AND that since my dad’s company builds websites, he meets some pretty cool people with cool jobs. My new favorite is Houston Limo VIP – Houston’s LImo Rental headquarters. They have limousines for rent and these cool party buses that seat up to 50 or so people. The party buses look like tour buses on the outside and they are SO cool on the inside. There is a ton of seating, mp3 hookup, 1-3 TVs, and (for adults-ha!) a mini bar. I think if I were to rent a party bus or limo, my friends and I would have SO much fun! Watch out world – crazy thirteen year old girls all in one party bus. This will be fun!

Houston Car Service
I needed a Houston car service about 2 weeks ago to pick my wife up from work at the start of our anniversary weekend. It was a Friday and she was walking to her car in the parking lot as I pulled up next to her in a big beautiful black limo from Houston Limo VIP. It was our eighth anniversary and she really had no idea that I was even planning on having a real celebration. For weeks leading up to that night I’d joked about how the eighth anniversary really wasn’t that special because the tenth was the real milestone. I felt that she was a little let down, but willing to accept that I wasn’t really enthused about the plainness of celebrating eight years of marriage.
When she looked to see who was sitting in the back of the limousine, I slowly let the window down as I held a dozen long stem roses out of the window. She started to scream and jump up and down as I opened the back door and got out standing in my favorite three piece suit. I ushered her into the car where I had our over-night bags packed and ready.
The Houston car service took us straight to Hotel Derek where my wife changed into the new dress that I had her sister pick out for me and from there we went out on the town. From our romantic dinner downtown to drinks on a high-rise terrace uptown, Houston Limo VIP helped to make sure that we had an enchanted eighth anniversary evening. My wife loved the limo service and said that it took her back to the very day that we were married.
Houston Party Bus
To celebrate the opening of our second restaurant location, my boss took all of the staff from both locations to a Dynamo’s game in a Houston Party Bus. We had such a good time and the ride there was nearly as much fun as watching the match. There was about twenty of us total and we all fit inside comfortably together. We had no idea what was going on when we ended our staff meeting at the site of the new restaurant and walked outside to find a Houston Party Bus parked out front. He’d told us that we’d probably all go out to celebrate, but we never imagined he would have taken the time to plan such a wonderful night out for all of us.
Everyone left their cars at the restaurant and we all piled into the party bus not knowing what to expect from the night. Once inside we were greeted with a pizza party that Mr. Davis had actually set up for us on the bus. As we rode to Reliant Stadium we ate, laughed and marveled at how nice of a service the party bus was providing for us. I asked Mr. Davis how he discovered the party bus and he told me that his sister had used Houston Limo VIP to chauffer his nephew and a group of his friends around the town as they celebrated his twenty-first birthday.
Houston Limo VIP made sure that we made it to the Dynamo’s game safely and in perfect time. After the game was over and the Dynamo had added another check mark in the win column, the party bus was waiting to take us back to the restaurant. During the ride back I couldn’t help but think of how many times that a group of friends and me had went to concerts together in separate cars, some of us making it on time and others arriving in the middle of the show. From now on, I’ll be calling Houston Limo VIP for the next group event that I help plan, because my party bus experience was a lot of fun and super convenient.
